mobile console that plays pc games is kinda nice tbh
wonder how it will play out

its clearly just for mobile, the service they are demoing is the remote rendering of any game, so you are playing a game completely processed on the online servers, your actions are sent to their racks and the video output is sent back

it requires huge bandwidth, especially for higher resolution/HD, but as connection speeds increase, it will be excellent for people who dont want to deal with hardware/ want to game on laptops/etc

that sounds pretty cool really
but just being able to play pc games with a console-like feel (based on how their controls seemed) is interesting

the controls are just for the stupid ipad, you can use whatever controls you have on the device you use though

and what the individual games developer allows as suitable input
