Negative on it being worthless. It's worthless when you pay the extra like 60 bucks for it to be in with 3487239847 other compounds that are useless. It's actually a very important amino-acid and a vaso-dialator. Adds in recovery time, wound healing, immune response, circulation etc.

Also it's a primary ingredient in viagra, but I'm clearly looking for a boner in the gym. Just the increased blood flow and healing response.
To me what's worthless is creatine. I've always been a non-responder to that.

Lol what? Creatine has only about a 75% response rate micronised. Liquid susp 85%. I just don't respond to it.

And if you note, my lifts went down due to clearly going heavy because of p90x. Look at my workout blog I started last week and note the increases ALREADY now that I'm back to lifting heavy.

total ofc. If I was doing 12 total... at 140 bw, I'd be competing. My bad. Talking 315 squat and dl in prolly 3 weeks, @ 140-145 bw. Goals are first get 2x bw in squat and dl, then 2.5, then 3x, while keeping weight down (still trying to burn off the last bit of beer gut I have).

Bench - Meh, I get back to 225 and I'll be fine with that. Never been a big bencher, prolly never will be. clearly a huge disapointment anyways, as it's clearly so much a huge indicator of absolute strength/power.
