Sorry that I wasn't online earlier this morning to provide you some entertainment Evan, but I don't usually make it to sleep until 4-7 AM.

I'm up extremely early today, I need to mow the grandparents lawn before it rains.

I'm going to have to go get gas for it today, which means I will need to interact with at least 1 person. I'm a bit nervous about this, I'm hoping that they won't notice my massive amount of flaky skin peeling off of my head, it's pretty fucking gross. Hopefully I can find a hat to hide myself with before having to do this, otherwise I might clearly be able to do it.

This situation completely cleared itself up in Tampa.

It has gotten even worse now that I am back at home. Need to go see a dermatologist.

This might be the most significant worst problem to have happened to my fragile psyche.

i missed you. lol what flaky skin.

Some of my family has rosacea, and I seemed to have picked it up. From the very small bit that I have read about it, because I am lazy as fuck, it causes skin to die and flake off in 3-4 days instead of 28-30 days like most people. It also makes your blood vessels grow right under the skin so your skin looks red all the time (think of Santa Claus with the rosy cheeks).

It's highly treatable with cool gadgetry like lasers and blazers and shit apparently, but I have no money for it.

I'm clearly sure how it's related to my scalp being flaky, but something is fucked up, because I never had dandruff in my life. Also, when I was up in Tampa, my scalp magically cleared up and I had no flaking, but now that I am back home, it's fucking worse than before. I have a theory that pets, old carpet, being in an old house, having an old mattress and pillows all contribute to this. I have no real idea, but it's making me nuts with the itching and flaking, but even worse is the personal embarrassment from it now. "Thanks for the job interview, oh, don't worry about that on your hand, it's just my excess dead epidermis, it's fine."

Psychological Effects
Some believe the social and emotional effects of rosacea are worse than the physical symptoms. In one survey, 1 nearly 70 percent of rosacea patients said it lowered their self-confidence and self-esteem. Forty-one percent said the condition caused them to avoid public contact or cancel social engagements.
