a wasp stung me tonight, it was unpleasant but it's been a while since the last sting, so i kind of soaked it in.

my grandma gave me a quarter for being brave and letting her dig out the stinger

when i was a kid my parents had a cottage on PEI. my sister wanted to have a race when we got called in for supper. so she takes off and hits the mailbox and i get there later. she runs back to the house leaving a disturbed colony of wasps to sting me from the mailbox back to the house. she locks me out. my mom gets me and by then i've taken 40+ stings.

my mom picked at them and counted them.

i have two other pretty bad sting stories, lmk if you want to hear them. pretty shitty luck ofc.

Got stung by a yellow jacket while I was on a street bicycle (thin wheels) riding through Cades Cove (hilly park in Tennessee). Going down the largest decline in the park, I had one hand on my side where I got stung, one hand on the bars, hit a pothole, went head over handlebars and rolled down most of the hill.
