a friend apparently recommended me to his boss at some company, i go in tomorrow for an interview

wasn't planning on getting a job because i leave for college in two months anyways, but they were like "oh no big come on in anyways"

hopefully something falls out of the sky into your lap too

its for vector marketing which sells cutco knives and apparently is pretty shady, so probably clearly gonna do it

LOL. I got this letter also in the mail. you gotta like go door to door selling knives. looked shady to me after I googled it. you could either make alot of money or no money.

this used to be door to door vacuum salesman. adds ran in the paper daily, and anyone who went to an "interview" came back saying it was a scam seminar where you have to buy the stuff them try to sell it.

yeah my friend is being really shady with his answers about what he does, and i googled it and it just looks like a giant waste of time

i worked for a company that did this with perfume (for 1 day)

came home after the first day "orientation" and googled the companys name and all the top results were about how it was a huge scam

it was also funny how they dodged every question about the fact that you got no paycheck and worked 100% commission
