Also, Elbow is at ~75%. ROM isn't all the way back, doing some light stretching daily to work that out. On glucosamine/ibu cocktail, going to throw some fish oil caps in there as well I think.
Also, I just realized my multi vitamin...it has shark cartilage in it. I'm killing sharks for absolutely no scientific benefit. Time to get a new multi.
