i returned to school with two cases of water bottles
my dorm room, populated by my roommate and has a market for water bottles
only i have water bottles
i told my roommate that he is always welcome to my water bottles
i strategically placed them on top of my closet (they are still openly accessible there, damn small rooms)
i can easily reach them and take one out, but my roommate is too short
he would need to clear off my chair (if there was anything on it), pull it out and stand on it, retrieve the water bottle(s), then push in my chair
this = his opportunity cost vs. my opportunity cost
because my opportunity cost (easily reaching them aka minimal effort) is lower than his opportunity cost (effort), i have the comparative advantage in producing water bottles
because i have the comparative advantage, it will result in him naturally being less likely to spend his opportunity cost and take a water bottle

which means, in the end, my supply of water bottles will both last longer and benefit me more

was reading an [artical] or a bewk, clearly sure which, about investing in water now since its going to become more valuable than oil, possibly in our lifetimes (most likely)

the good thing is, before our lifetimes are over, we will slaughter ourselves and require less water overall

Haha. It's so funny. Crude oil will always be profitable because the supply is so small. It's the main reason alternative energy is never going to get financial backing. You can't profit off of something that has a shit ton of supply potentially for it.

You need to use qualifiers with your statements baddie. Alternative energy has tons of funding, crude is still more profitable at the current time, alternative will be the future in the future. Get what I mean son?
