I never said you piss out all of your electrolytes. I said you piss them out, which is true.

what are you arguing? he doesnt need electrolytes because he doesnt do anything physically to sweat them out? so he should just drink water and piss them all out instead?

if you drink exclusively water and eat on such a disorganized schedule, its possible to piss out a significant amount of electrolytes to put you out of balance. if you are thinking that water comes out alone in your urine, that is a silly notion. drinking powerades and gatorades is never a bad idea, even if youre clearly physically active
how is this relevant at all? i don't care for your hypothetical situations that you introduce into the argument to make you sound correct. you're also putting words in my mouth. drinking powerades and gatorades while you already have enough electrolytes (mainly sodium and potassium) WILL harm you and put you out of balance. you seem to think there is only harm in clearly having enough electrolytes.
if youre clearly sweating it out, the only ways you are eliminating them is urine, breathing, saliva, etc. that is what i was saying, clearly that you piss out every atom of sodium when you piss. your body is a regulatory juggernaut, task is clearly going to have a problem eliminating a little extra Na/K
(drinking powerade isnt going to shift your levels out of whack, loli dont feel like explaining tonicity, so just leave it at you should read some credible books and clearly wikipedia for your information. before you insult my education, remember that a 70% is a C, and the reason i can fail finals is because I have put myself in a position where I have a 90% in every class and can do horrible on finals and still pass. That doesnt mean I will, I will still do excellent on finals because I am smart. its a perspective thing.
