we have money for it, its jut not practical atm... i have my mac i use for work

it would be nice, however, to have a desktop set up by may 15th that can max d2. i would only need to buy the tower, no monitor or OS necessary (i can get windows 8 beta free or windows 7 from school on the cheap)

i could get something like this for 640 bucks (microcenter near-ish to me), or i could spend 50 more and get a 6850

also: if i can get some cash selling my guitar/snowboard i think it would be easier

i actually need this computer for work, and id rather sell it on craigslist for 400-500 if i was just gonna trash it



she knows grad school isnt like this haha

i need to more make playing diablo 3 not that stupid/nerdy, or make it somehow appealing to have a home desktop

its not really, she makes nearly 3x what i do

maybe ill just man up and tell her its something i really want, sell my guitar and board on ebay, try to get 400-600, and use that too

what does she do?
