The way I see it one of two things will occur.

1. Leah is corrupted by the black soulstone and is transformed into Diablo.

2. Leah is already possessed by Diablo and is carrying the black soulstone to capture the souls of Belial and Azmodan to once again rule the burning hells (possibly to resurrect Tathamet).

I don't think it will be the first expansion. I believe the first expansion will be something tying in the events in "The Black Road".
