You can't run multiple instances of D3 as a vanilla copy, maybe with some edited .dll's or something. What's the point though?

sandboxie always works until there will be some kind of loader for the full version. the beta bots and loaders worked good already, guess they will be updated in no time.

You would need multiple battenet accounts aswell, they have a cap of 1 cd key per account.
Unlike D2 where you didn't need to have the game attached to a battlenet account, D3 you will need to.
