Changed a few things, I can profit again, albeit diminished.

Warden/Butcher/Sarkoth/Festering run lasted 40 minutes and I gained 67k after repair expenses. That isn't including tomes/tears/ess.

go buy dex/gold find/pick up radius gear and farm nightmare or hell arreat core (azmodan kill quest)

you'll get way more gold just by running through it over and over in 2-3 minutes at a time

I don't feel like I'd be progressing if I go back 2 acts just to get some gold. That just feels disgusting to even consider it tbh.

went to sign on last night for the first time in like 3 weeks. got in on the first try!

may consider trying to play again if the login servers continue to not hate me

i have no idea considering i never attempted to install or play the game until 2 days ago when i paid for the full version. despite having beta invites, i never used them or even visited battle net until i purchased the game online

the only thing i can think of is that this might be due to the isses i was having during install. since my pc is under the minimum requirements, i kept getting a popup message during the install and the progress bar never moved. i gave it probably 45 minutes to install before i got ancy and started looking at prog folders to see if anything was changing. the install folder was at 7 or so gigs and hung there fir 20 minutes so i canceled the install. a d3 icon was on my desktop so i clicked that and it upgraded/patched me twice. i then got an error message saying i need to get the newest upgrade. so i logged out, went to update and got a mesage saying ready to play, up to date. logged in and got the same error. rebooted, same thing

read online forums, it was suggested to delete the battle.net folder. did that and it disnt work
restored the folder and it worked...

got to skeleton king and got popup message sayin thats the end of beta. Gary created a game at the next checkpoint, joined his game and everything was fine

when you do your normal runs try going through the watch tower off of the northern highlands wp. you can usually find 2 or 3 champs, about 50 bodies to check, a shit ton of barrels, and usually a big chest as well

Barrels, bodies, and chests drop nothing worthwhile anymore.
