Investing in items to profit in the RMAH is bannable and actually enforced. It's ridiculous to think about when I've been botting for like 3 weeks 24/7 with no repercussion.

They just banned a big pile of people in the last week for doing it, most were using a AH bot though lol

i know the ah bot shit got you banned but i dont see how legitimately playing the AH is a bannable offense

I've only made about $60 off RMAH, don't really play D3 much or bot it, just got bored of it =(

I just think that if you get a legendary item to actually drop then you should be excited, when I see legendaries drop I think dammn wish that was a rare, rares are 100 times better then any legendary.

Got a Wizzy last night with 700+dps, currently at 14.00 on the RMAH, also sold some random rare that no one wanted to spend gold on for 5 bucks.

No one has charged back for gold, but I've been selective. RMAH comes from Blizzard so I'm not worried, unless they charge back after banning me then I'll probably just cry.

low items - people overpay with gold. because why spend money when you can just pay with gold that is getting more and more worthless over time.
high items - people overpay with $. because they really want that fucking item. like right now. and money speaks.

I post something (higher end) on the RMAH, then decrease the price if it doesn't sell and repeat that maybe 3 times. If it still doesn't sell I just move to gold and repeat that again until it's gone then sell the gold.

my new goal is to make my $60 back

That was my original goal. If I had to guess I'd say I've made about $2,500 so far.
