Gameplay:

    * Restored player health to normal values :)
    * Replaced the no-crit attribute with -25% damage on the following: :(
          o The Eyelander
          o The Gunslinger
          o The Southern Hospitality
          o The Powerjack (also added +20% melee vulnerability)
          o The Horseless Headless Horseman's Headtaker
          o The Ullapool Caber
          o The Claidheamohmor

      Medic:
    * Vitasaw
          o Added the ability to see enemy health
    * New Medigun - The Quick-Fix:
          o Heal rate increased 50%
          o Uber charge rate increased 50%
          o clearly able to overheal
          o Match the speed of any faster heal target
          o Uber effect: Megaheal
                + Heal rate increased 3x on heal target
                + Heal target and medic immune to stun and damage forces

      Heavy:
    * Dalokoh’s
          o Removed cooldown
    * Fists of Steel
          o Increase deploy times 20%
          o Ranged damage reduced 40% (down from 60%)

      Demo:
    * Loch-n-Load
          o +10% damage

      Soldier:
    * Equalizer
          o Tuned high-end damage range so it's no longer possible to one-shot certain classes
          o Suppress the medic call effect while active
:)

      Scout:
    * Madmilk
          o Heal 60% of damage done (down from 75%)
:)

      Pyro:
    * Flares always crit burning targets, regardless of range.
    * Backburner
          o Removed the restriction on airblast
                + Ammo cost increased 150% (4 blasts at full ammo)
          o Damage bonus reduced to 10% (from 15%)
    * New Flaregun - The Detonator:
          o Alt-fire detonates flare in flight
                + Does a small explosion that catches players on fire :)
          o 20% explosion damage vulnerability

      Sniper:
    * Sydney Sleeper:
          o +25% increased charge rate


General:

    * CombatText:
          o Added an option to display healing done over heal targets (hud_combattext_healing)
          o Display a value whenever the player does something that earns them a bonus point
          o Starting position of values is now affected by range to target, making it easier to see numbers when next to targets
    * Medic overheal effect is now more noticeable
    * Synced with changes from the official releases

Basically this patch is the best thing since sliced bread. Every needed balance change is here, plus a few more that are really neat-o!

Edit: And to those wondering, yes, with the new Pyro Flaregun you can propel yourself into the air!

So the pyro has to use an optional (and slightly worse) secondary to have the mobility boost it should have had all along.

Decent, but it should just have been the compression blast jump that's been suggested for god damn ever. A pyro without a shotgun is a pyro worth mocking.

The Flaregun also crits any target that's on fire regardless of range--that's a pretty huge change as well.

Pyro VS Pyro will continue to be one sided as fuck if one of them has a shotgun, but if you're clearly pitted against other Pyros with shotguns either of the flares are [just about] upgrades.

Hats and alternate weapons should never have been introduced. They should have allowed you to build custom grenades or something instead.
