here's another example that might articulate better:

ben comes up to me and says "scott, please don't tell anyone about how i have herpes". ben is trusting me to keep his health condition to myself. now, if peter were to come up to me and ask, "hey, does ben have herpes?" i have two options: i can be honest, thus breaking the trust ben placed in me, or i can maintain my trust with ben and be "dishonest".

if this how it's all happened, then it's you are scott who is dishonest or if you will a man without an honor

Plus you're taking my example literally, an example which could have easily been "don't tell anyone about the child I raped. I'm trusting you". Don't break that trust and keep your manhood, Vlad!
