International IPA Day
Cheers Dan, Joe, Gary, Scottjew and Steve (maybe Moximoose, Gull and Evan too) I'll raise a glass of hop love today while I'm picking the hops that are growing in my yard.

Somehow the brief conversation I had with Gary weeks ago on vent subliminally mindfucked me into stocking some hoppy beers in my fridge.
Beer agenda for this evening will go something like this:
Get home and drink a Founders Centennial IPA and Founder's Red Rye Pale while picking hops.
Get hops spread out to dry and consume last can of ghandi bot care of Dan.
Settle down to eat supper and have some home-brewed Chinook IPA
Rest of the night I have the following to pick from:
Sam Adams Latitude 48
Homebrew triple IPA (this is proelbay gonna be the big GN8'r)
Troegs scratch beer Belgian IPA aged on wood
Maybe a vintage Dogfish Head burton baton
Or get crazy and drink that retarded corked and caged 750ml bottle of left hand DIPA that is like 5 years old but some asshat who gave it to me said they thought it was a barleywine...

Bought a six pack of Red Hook's Long Hammer IPA on my late break from work. Really fresh, bottled under a month ago. This store has a decent selection and turnover of ghetto beer that I drink when I'm low on money (often), but they have the most lackluster selection of craft beer, despite being large. I wish I could get to my normal store that has an ever-changing stock of whatever is good and fresh, but that would take too long to get to on a break from work.
