I use to drink the fuck out of them. We would premix them in gallon jugs that all you had to add was ice and a splash of soda. There is something about measuring in glass fulls that just never transfers the same when downsized to shots for a single drink.

When the only type of beer is junk at an outing, I still prefer a glass of bourbon.

I've been making pitchers. It's a lot more convenient, but sometimes that just makes it easier to drink more, faster
