Normally a trademarked term becomes the standard, i.e. ziploc bags and velcro, rather than whatever the generic terms are.

In this case there are functional, descriptive names that make sense (drinking fountain & water fountain), but a trademark term that makes no sense is used instead. This is fucking stupid.
