Who can give me a quick lesson on watermark removal? or a how-to that actually works.

bonus points for using a program such as irfanview instead of photoshop

The lady who took our daughters picture for Easter is a douch. We paid her for pictures and the ones she temporarily gave us have the word "proof" written across the bottom. It's only a matter of time before she gives us the correct ones but in the mean time it would have been nice to be able to show friends/family the pics without the stamp.

It's an online album pooped on zenfoilio. It is "protected" with a password to get into our album. Once in the albums, I use opera to inspect the pages and extract the jpgs. The jpgs have the proof watermark on them.

I know this seems sketchy but the more I think about this I'd rather download the pictures and tell this bitch to go fuck herself. We found out last night that she has been using pictures of our daughter as advertisement for her business without our approval. Heather was told by her students that they all saw pictures of our baby's Easter outfit before we did. Evidently this lady has made flyers and printed out brochures with our daughter in them. All of this before even letting us see the pictures let alone asking us for permission!

Most photo places have some kinda disclaimer on shit you sign, but fuck that man

People saw them, even before you did on advertisements? Thats shit

i still think your best bet is trying to find the source image
most of those photography sites have a watermarking service which is added when the photo loads instead of the actually loading a saved photo with the watermark on it
