the other thing is that I am the one who suggested using paypal, and he was on board with it. also talked to him on the phone and he seemed nice about it and relaxed. He also seemed to know some details about the guitar and pronounced DeArmond right and everything.

Youre proel fine, but.you can almost dispute any transaction with your cc company/bank

USe tracking + signature confirmation for the package, take a photo or two while packing to show that the item is as described. Have the shipping service verify the contents and use shipping insurance, since then they will have documentation of what the package contained.

no, clearly anymore. there were times in my previous attempts where i would think about it every day, and the fact that i couldnt, and that wasn't strong enough to stop me. the life i have now, i wouldn't go back even if i could safely.

Well, yeah. Fortunately, drugs and alcohol define my entire existence in the sense that I have been given the opportunity to help others like me to recover from alcoholism as I did. If that angers you that's your business.

I'll never be cured in the sense that I can ever drink or use drugs again, but I have recovered in the sense that i never have to use again nor do I want to, making the symptoms of alcoholism irrelevant.
