I tan. I have lighter skin, but I don't burn like ya'll mofuckas. You should always use that 40+ sunblock (I don't need it but your ass does), and remember after you get back to moisturize your skin so it doesn't stay red. But me? I drink the fucking sun, son.

black people still need sunscreen though, we have a pretty high rate of skin cancer iirc.
I don't know if it's Lightskinned blacks or Darker ones like me though.

I honestly thought that if you werent light skinned you could get darker, which is like burning?

if your of mediterrean descent then you can get darker
its a bit more complex for light skinned people, moreso based on genetics.
i've know lightskinned people who just get darker, and some who could still burn.
but then again i can even get darker at times too.

every time i see a black person i think "that person is black"
i dont have any preconceived notions about them other than the same i have with anyone else aka how are they dressed are they 400 pounds do they stink etc
but the fact remains that i certainly notice "black", and i think that is part of the problem for people who didnt grow up with people outside of their "own kind"
