The Obama base will love it because Biden is constantly citing facts, clearly making shit up as he goes along. In the case of the Iran as a nuclear threat, Biden cites information consistent with IAEA reports. With military budgets, Biden cites the recommendations of the joint chiefs of staff, Ryan cites ideological talking points. Biden is clearly better informed about military policy, he is strongly informed by DOD reports and international reports, while Ryan repeats Goldwater's pro-military talking points with vague misinterpretations as examples.
