So I've been messing around with my phone plan recently, and just cut my texts down to 1000 a month, are in network texts free? can't see anywhere that explicitly says in network texts are free, so i have to assume they aren't, but then again, i don't see any option where i could potentially add it. And i've always known verizon to have free in network texts, but ignorant customer here
my plan is: nationwide talk 450, 1k texts, pay per use with data

am mainly trying to avoid a surprise bill like has happened before
