Has anyone wacked their general knee to shin area so bad that 4 days later the swelling has clearly subsided?
More to the point, is it normal for a lower knee to shin area damage "drain" to your ancle internally?
I got myself good on sat and today while sitting in my office chair, my ancle started aching hardcore. I figured it was just a change in the weather. Just took sock off for shower and well... hello there foot. Nice to see you are 3x larger than usual.

Hospital.
You're an adult. You have a kid. I assume you have health insurance. Go to the doctor.

Most likely just a strong contusion. Unless you can't roll your ankle and moves your toes at the same time.
