it was pretty much a win all around. veggies, some high cut ground beef, i used brown rice because im cool like that and onions etc

probably decently healthy, i didnt add any salt or pepper because NN

used minced garlic and black pepper with the meat
didnt bake
lined the inside of the pepper with dietz & watson american cheese
