2 large breasts, cut into strips
floured (with cumin, paprika, chili and cayenne, seasoning salt, black pepper)
egg wash
flour #2
egg wash #2
flour/panko

fry for 6-7 minutes in veg oil

ok, fine, i breaded some thawed chicken breasts then

its still better than mcdonalds or the wegmans frozen strips

Sounds good Evan, I recommend making beer batter and covering whatever you're eating with panko breadcrumbs and frying it. If it's chicken, don't cut it too narrow. Sautee cloves in butter and add Frank's Red Hot and coat it in that right before eating.
