Today is my 5th day of flu related sickness. Been pretty much bedridden with brief excursions to the couch to watch TV. Today I was feelin a bit better so I am lounging and watching the kiddo. She dropped a hell of a deuce. It was a blow-out that went down her legs and up the middle of her back. While cleaning her up, I had to sneeze. I opened my mouth, she kicked at about that same time flinging a piece of her shit into my mouth.

The most painful and violent puking of my life followed for the next 20 minutes.
