1.5h are the more core cycle
and tbh nearly every sleep problem ive ever had went away when i set a mostly stable sleep pattern. your body seeks consistency. i can sleep 6 hours a day and feel better than i ever did sleeping 8 hours but going to sleep at sunrise etc.
