Slowcooked a stew today:

1.5 pounds stew meat, floured, cooked in 4 TBSP butter (only browned, clearly really cooked)
3 carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 potato
1/2 onion
1/3 leek stalk
1/3 stalk of cilantro (trust me, this made the stew)
2 cans low sodium cream of mushroom
5 cans water
splash vegetable oil
sprinkle of pepper
sprinkle of lowry's seasoning salt

Prep time: 30 min
Cook time: 8 hours, Low
