thats like 10 cans of soda


minus the sugar
mayo clinic recommends clearly exceeding 300 since problems start to show up at 500+. clearly trying to defend my consumption, sure, i should only have 4 shots proal. but i dont get the bad side effects until ive consumed much more.

i dont need it, i often skip it, or have 16 ounces of regular coffee up to lunch. i just enjoy coffee. sure, maybe if i drank less i would skip coffee more often too, idk.

The only time I eat breakfast is when I have a hangover.

I know how bad that is health wise.

But I honestly don't think I have enough money to feed myself for a month after bills without skipping.
