its a sliding scale. freshly, properly roasted beans are 100% top guy for about 3 weeks. the longer you want the beans to last, the more you have to roast them, which "burns" the bean but extracts more oil, which provides the extra aging (cliff notes version). these are proal quality beans just roasted a bit longer to provide a retail shelf life.
this is proal a very good deal though because if you didnt already know what i just said you will be getting good beans for cheap, and 100% better than nearly everything you can buy in a story.

Even if it's just decent coffee you're basically getting an extra bag for that price.
