Hijacking this shit since I've seen Tool live 4 times and APC live 5 times (last at Rock on the Range in 2011). - Would have been more,
but that requires more money, and less responsibility.

Keep in mind that Maynard James just likes to do APC songs when his vineyard needs more money.

Ok, I kid I kid.

The simplicity at the beginning evokes Mer de Noms (Breņa/Orestes), this gives way to added complexity as the song goes on
(more multi layered tracks and added vocals) - more along the lines of 13th Step imho - (Gravity/Blue).

It definitely captures their signature sound - and while I like it, doesn't feel particularly "new" to me.
