Lamb is great but it's hard to find reasonably priced, decent sized portions of it around here. Last time I went looking for a good lamb roast I ended up buying free range, grain fed NY strip steaks for half the price.
Tonight's dinner was chili. Ground chicken, fresh onions, red kidney beans, black beans, frozen peppers+onions, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and a bunch of garlic/chili powder/paprika/cumin/bullion cubes and some hot sauce.

Red potatoes with Italian seasoning and cooked in extra virgin olive oil.
Free Range Organic Chicken seasoned with thyme, garlic, rosemary and sage (Mainly for wife and kid)
Steamed Broccoli
I am debating making a steak for myself instead of eating the chicken that I'm making for Mikey and Tab.
