my droid max wont go to sleep, the battery is draining way too fast when its sitting doing nothing, and phone awake time is 100% even when screen is off

tried restarting, closing any running apps

anyone have ideas to fix?

Try the dishwasher

if dishwasher doesn't work, try the washing machine + dryer

have it set on sleep after 1 minute of inactivity, so i just dont get it

maybe ill switch to tmobile
trade-in/paid ETF is a pretty good offer, considering my phone is still late-model and $600 off-contract, i would get around $150 back (web estimate)

of course theres no way to test the network without committing to switch, but the thought of paying over $2100 for the life of this contract is really shitty

although tmobile is $50/month + fees, even with them paying the ETF and applying the full trade-in value of my phone, to downgrade to a galaxy S3 is $384-150=$234 for a savings of $30/month

8 months to break even whilst downgrading phones, then would save $600 over the following full year

theres no winning

i could sell this phone on ebay to hopefully make up the price of paying my own ETF, then buy a shit phone and use a 3g only discount prepaid carrier to save $70/month, but i just cant sacrifice that much

ill have to just keep being pissy every month i have to pay this verizon bill for the next 20 months

also still need help with phone clearly receiving/sending picture messages / group text messages (same problem on previous plan/device, only similarity is mobile number)

also somehow my battery went from 62% remaining to 64% remaining in the last hour

and why do they make a phone called "droid razr maxx" in 2012, then make a totally different phone named "droid maxx" in 2013

i do clearly want to ship my phone back to motorola for them to take 5 days to repair it, then ship it back to me
