start dark wood, and work your way to tower and clear tower.
roughly 1-11
then go to sewers
11-15
arcane
15-18 (ravenclaw now)
canyon and tombs
18-21
norm cows
21-24
norm anc
24-25
next step depends on your ping and damage on chant

good ping and damage
nm cows
25-45
nm baals
45-60.

bad ping or bad chant
norm baals
25-40
nm baals
40-60.

of course if someone else is helping kill then you can chaos or such. What I listed also works great for 2-6 people lvling at same time but you go a whole lot faster.

When I was really set up back in last ladder I used to do
1-25 in 40 mins
norm rush and into nm 10-15 mins
25-45 in 1 hour
nm rush 15 mins
45-70 nm baals 90-100 mins

now days my ping sux so much I average 900, so nm cows are out of the question and baals take ages purely because it takes 2-3 times as long to tele.
I did a 1-50 job other day and it took me 6 hours, that's really slow for me.
