With that said. Does Concentrate do good damage to like Nith in hell or bosses in hell mode Like Meph/Baal/Diablo

I would use Berserk Also as a main attacking
adding extra skill points in howl and shout and mastery.

Zerk sets defense to 0%, max block is then a necessity
Conc adds to Defense IIRC, and is perfectly capable of taking down Nith in a few swings with the right gear.

Regardless, running Nith with a tele+howl barb is just about the safest way to run Nith
