I think besides the door texture thats pretty fucking hot for just starting out. Try to find Saint John for 3d room modeling help though he's pro.

Grass texture in it is the best though THATS GOOD GRASS.

did it at school, if i get one for home not paying ofc

name is 3dsmax donno if you can DL it somewhere, but it's a decent program + fairly easy to use.
