cursed there is another one that is -150 power regen but has +25% damage

im not sure test it out! ill watch!

it could just mean that it takes off 119 of your regen rate and stops at 0 regen so from 1-119 hp regen you will have 0 regen @ 120 you will have 1 etc etc
