What you are currently looking at is the standing of that aformentioned American Express debt.

The picture is rather clear, the total owed is around 11,000$ with an Interest Rate at 32%

So, by paying the requested 2000$ (20%) of the current balance (which I'm doing at the moment, later today actually) and paying 10% of the balance each month thereafter, I would owe 33,000$ at the end of 2007.

With an Interest Rate of 10% (which is absolutely neccessary or else I would basically have to declare bankruptcy), it would require approximately 21,000$ total and 4 years of payments to pay off the balance. Not too bad in the long run.

However, hopefully I can convince my father to pay it off for me and just let me pay him back. If not, one of my friends who inherited alot of money will cut me a check for it and let me pay him back. Thank God!

Just food for thought.

I didn't want to include the other two cards, those debts are chump change compared to this beast.

You deserve some sort of award for your ignorance. I'm sure Gary could spare a pie.

Also, you are needed in the quote train thread.

I will have it paid by another loan with a low interest rate or my friend has offered to do it for no interest.

Gas, booze, food, basically anything you can think of m8 wink.gif
