Any member includes a birth date in their profile will have the odds tilted in their balance based on the cycles of the moon. The DC.net server can not support a best friend number generator and thus the numbers are drawn based on some six faced clock in Gary's basement that advised farmers on when to harvest their crops a few centuries ago.
