Straight cardio doesn't require equipment, dumbbells can supplement this with some lifting. What are you aiming to work on? anything specific or just a "regular" workout?

And what if the bigger guy has some form of training, then the little guy gets beat up. That's why we have weight classes.
But we're talking every day people, not trained people. 99% of the time, the larger guy wins.

when i train i care first of how i feel and then how i will look
if i will kick someone ass or not with help of training, do not concern me
you can do few things with only yourown bodyweight: just look what ppl do in gymnastics
they do most of the things with they own body weight
and i wouldn't call them slim bitches
some of them looks pretty heavy; and i wouldn't call them slow meatheads either

its true, he claimed to never have touched a weight. and this is the closest quote i can find of his regiments, though i didnt look very hard.

Quote
(Herschel)Walker stated in a phone interview on The Jim Rome Show on November 20, 2006 that he still performs 2,500 sit-ups and 1,500 push ups every morning. He has been going through this same routine every morning since high school.
