I am probably going to go try the 100 push up challenge deal, eat light, and ramp up a good amount of cardio.

I am going to stop attempt to stop drinking & smoking as well. Either way, I don't drink any where near what I used to years ago.

I need to lose some body fat.

Basically the rotation would consist of nothing but push ups, sit ups, crunches, dips, and attempted chin/pull ups.

Just do free weights and dont be a pussy.
That way when you loose weight, you can be lean and not skinny.
I know you got them too.
Remember, diet is what will make you loose weight, combined with cardio.

Nothing to consider imo. Just fucking do it. Weight lifting can only speed up the results you want.

Honestly how many people do any of you know of that can do it?

But if you are just getting back into fitness, why not try it? It will get you started with a daily routine which is key

Already started back with weight lifting.

Photographic body progression & Excel spreadsheets will be posted at the end of 8 weeks.
