Now that we have the +1 button, a counter that starts couting since page is done loading would be gr8, hard to judge when my 15 second flood control is done.

just hit the +1 again and f5 the screen till it goes through

there really is no need, I don't even have flood control and I just use the timer on winamp for whatever music I am listening to check time.
