heard a lot about this movie, not at all what i imagined.

very original and crazy movie, it took a huge turn when he got arrested, i def thought it was just going to be him going around fucking people up but it was def a good watch

i'm still not sure what kubrick wanted to say with this movie
but as a direct messages for before and after prison life, i can get them
before: warning for high agression in society in future and some anti-nazi bs
after: biterness of modern (at that time) british society that poorly covered with moral principals like importance of politeness and punctuality and etc



maybe he just wanted to say that no matter what we do, this world still will sux? everything futile?

watched it again a few weeks, enjoyed it again. everyone should see it

he was making a statement about the extreme of rehabilitation

he never tries to say just one thing
ofc he was proalbey on acid when he made this too

it looks like everyone who was an adult in 70's was on acid

the movie was obviously a statement about shaping and controlling behavior in society, about censorship and free will.

thought it was pretty obvious the first time i watched it

laughed during the rape scene
