I am 6'2 vary between 190--200 lbs normally which isnt a bad starting weight.

My problem is all my flabby areas are gut ofc, getting a spare tire, and growin some man boobs.

Other than joining a gym, what are the best ways to trim down the flab. Activities I do already are ride a mtn bike on some strenuous mount. trails, and will be paddling a kayak quite a bit when weather warms up. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated. My goal is to lose inches and get defined and not to be on the cover of muscle mag 2010. Basically just to get back into the shape I was in in HS.

Diet is the only way you're going to get rid of fat, cardio, fat burners and weight training all help.

so i need to cut down my 4+ times of hitting the fast food joints?


iso example of a good diet routine.

in my experience, there is not so important to do heavy stuff, w/e it may be, but how often you do it
example: its better to walk or light jogg a mile, than run a marathon once a year

Like I said I am not trying to be huge cut up mr universe, I just want to trim back up again for bikini season.

As a starter I am planning on bicycling around 10-20 miles each week along with paddling a kayak around 10 miles per week,

Any good pointers on where to start as in pushups/situps/pull ups etc around the house?
