but seriously, i'm surprised how my general condition improved in last 2 months after doing hard work with cardio

You must be really overweight i do like a hundred quickly after my workout each day and don't feel a thing..

yeah, i guess i have like 20-25 lbs that i could loose, but 50 situps is an achivement for me , coz i never liked them to do and i almost never did
so i guess i just surprised myself :donno:

Going threw the motion and actually doing an excerise is totally different.
If you dont feel them you're doing them wrong.
I haven't done sit ups in ages....I train my abs with heavy squats.
