that people who sweats a lot during work out pass (usually cardio ofc) loose more weight that ppl who dosn't sweat?
b/c i hear some discussions about this now and then, some say the more you sweat during work out the faster you loose weight.

I don't think it is...its just water weight...and guess what...as soon as you drink something its right back in you.
So yes, you'll lose weight, but you'll get it right back...not to mention you'll be dehydrated...which is a big no no.

i should think it would be pretty true, because water generally carries a lot of things with it when you sweat it out, so youre losing more than water, which you dont just get back by drinking a glass of water

Well, if you have any links that show what else comes out I'll keep thinking it's a waste...my friend who does MMA fighting agrees with me...waste unless you're cutting for a fight or something similar...hell guys that cut water weight for a fight put it right back on the next day(20+ pounds)..unhealthy as fuck.

I knew quite a few guys who used to cut weight for wrestling matches by wearing trashbags all day and sweating off 5-10 pounds to drop a class. like you said though it comes back when you rehydrate ..

you lose electrolytes
you gain fatigue imo, possibly hurt yourself in the process

not a valid method imo

I sweat just looking at food and while enjoying a healthy bowel movement.

When I was super serious about fitness I would strip pounds just as fast as my lifting partner. We had the same workout routine, ran equal distances and ate most meals together. Not that my experience alone is enough to answer the question but I'm just saying my tendency to sweat more than others didn't put me at an advantage.
