reforging - new item modification similar to enchanting/gemming

blacksmiths,tailoring,leatherworkers,jc,engineers each get some of it
blacksmiths reforge plate
tailors cloth
engis trinkets
etc

meaning you can choose how your items are itemized

you can break part of your AP/etc off and turn it to hit rating if you want

whenst leveling professions, you can choose between crappy stuff or one good thing for multiple skillups

etc.
5 green bracers for 5 skillups
or spend all those mats on 1 good blue chestplate for 5 skillups at once

more homogenizations of proffessions
