5'8'', 180lbs, BF > 20%

I have until December to lose mucho fat. This girl is coming down and I want to look somewhat better than I do currently, actually, a lot better.

I have access to the beach (running / swimming), a bicycle (biking), rollerblades (hockey, skating), and a barbell set with 300 lbs, whey protein & half a bottle of Lipo 6, and a full can of Animal Stak (not Pak).

I was thinking 1800 calories a day, lift 3 times a week, cardio for 1 hour a day.

Realistic goals?

1800 calories is way to little..I'd do atleast 2200.
I'd also do lifting 3 times a week, if you dont stick to it this time I'll drive to naples and kick you in the balls.
Cardio, I'd do morning cardio 4x a week, and after that adjust from there.
Between now and Dec, I think you could lose approx 16 pounds of fat.

Starting today (Sept 1), got up early to make breakfast before class.

Just remembered I have one can of (21 packets) of Animal Stak (not Pak). :donno: if I should take this, says shit about it being "The Complete Anabolic Hormone Stack".

You don't want to cut more then 500 calories a day, in fact you probably don't want to cut any because you're going to increase how active you are. If you are losing more then a couple pounds a week it's a good chance most of it is not fat.

Eh, eating habits have been shitty.

Proelbay not a bad idea just to keep eating the same (and actually watch what I'm eating) and exercise, adjust later.

Thats more or less my approach for the time being, getting into the gym and excercising/lifting is more important than what I am putting into my body at this point in time

I just jump roped for 15 minutes.

I feel like my head, heart, and stomach are all going to explode into a soup of gray matter.

My calves fucking hurt today. I can see why plyometric training is so tough.
