cgz if qitting for health reasons.
i used to sell my mom's cigarettes to a couple of grade 6 kids at school for 25 cents each until i found out they caused cancer. was about 9 years old, thought i had a great enterprise going.

Famous graduate Micheal J. Fox

A teacher from E.W. told me about him when I asked about this in 2nd grade. Apparently he was funny and he was a capable sketch artist for his age. Conversation was about 25 years ago so I don't recall if she said his father had been in the military or not, but I think I remember something about it.

This relates to my previous poop in topic. I never asked if he had smoked, assuming he didn't.

think about this from positive side: with each hour that passes by with out a cig only makes your cravings weaker
give it a week or two and you'll be clean
rest depends on your psychological addiction to cigs and you mental strength to fight it back
after i quit 2 years ago i still dream nightmares that i started again

thats because smoking cig's is a psychological addiction not a physical addiction, and I had nightmares last night after watching pawn stars on history channel...kept trying to barter with myself for more sleep and shit :donno:
